苏州科技大学教育学院心理系教师(2021.07-),副教授,江苏省双创博士,东南大学生物医学工程(学习科学)博士(2021.06)。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目等3项。在Biological Psychology、Psychophysiology和《心理科学进展》等国内外期刊发表论文20余篇。
一、研究领域: 考试焦虑的发生机制和干预。目前的工作核心聚焦于深入剖析情绪与认知之间的关联。借助多种先进的技术手段,着重针对考试焦虑人群,探究情绪与注意等方面相互作用的心理机制问题。 二、学生培养和招生方向: 2022年获批研究生导师及招生资格,已经担任4届硕士生的导师,其中2022届1名(已毕业),2023届2名(在读),2024届2名(在读),2025届3名(在读)。指导2022届硕士生第一作者身份发表一类权威SSCI文章一篇;2023届硕士生分别第一作者身份发表一类SSCI文章各一篇。 招收心理学学硕和心理健康教育方向硕士,学生培养方向如下: (1)学硕方向: 该方向主要借助认知神经科学的研究手段,深入探究情绪与认知之间的交互作用。具体而言,会综合运用 EEG(脑电图)和 fMRI(功能性磁共振成像)技术,针对考试焦虑个体,着重研究其执行功能缺陷以及情绪调节异常的内在发生机制。不仅如此,还将基于研究成果,开展具有针对性的干预研究,致力于从神经科学层面为解决相关问题提供理论与实践支撑。 (2)心理健康教育硕士方向: 该方向主要运用问卷调研以及行为学研究手段,聚焦于青少年群体,开展关于青少年情绪与认知交互作用的研究工作。一方面,深入探究青少年考试焦虑的发展规律以及背后的形成机制;另一方面,针对存在考试焦虑问题的青少年个体,开展执行功能缺陷的干预研究,力求通过科学的研究方法和干预策略,助力青少年心理健康发展。 三、代表性成果: 2026年 Sun, J.
